Zoom announces Workplace platform

Zoom has announced a new platform, Zoom Workplace . It is based on artificial intelligence and is designed to improve meeting processes, expand team chat functionality and increase productivity.

Zoom, the famous video conferencing application, has introduced Zoom Workplace. Powered by artificial intelligence, this platform is designed to improve collaboration in the work environment and enhance teamwork efficiency.

Zoom Workplace is based on AI Companion, which now integrates features such as meeting summaries, chats, and email drafts.

Zoom Workplace has a new Ask AI Companion feature that lets you ask questions and assign basic tasks. We use data from across the platform and some third-party apps to respond to users.

The meeting interface has also been updated. Zoom has added a new Meetings tab that offers calendar support and detailed visibility into the entire meeting lifecycle. A new toolbar, multi-speaker mode, and four color themes to choose from have also been introduced.

In addition, team chat has received an improvement, turning from a simple means of communication into a full-fledged collaboration space. Users can view channel-related resources, message boards, and information resources in a single space while chatting and using AI tools at the same time.

Zoom Workplace is scheduled to launch in April. According to information from the company, the platform will be available to paid subscribers at no additional cost.
