If you have something personal visible on your screen, it is better to remove it first. If these are passwords, they will be blurred in screenshots and recordings.

1) Open Control Center on your Vision Pro by looking up and tapping the small down arrow.

2) Tap the Control Center icon . It looks just like the menu bar on a Mac or Settings on an iPhone.

3) Tap the screen recording icon.

Now everything you see will be recorded on video.

4) When finished, click the screen recording icon in the visionOS control center again to stop it. You can also tap the red status bar and tap Stop .

The screen recording video will appear in the Photos app. You will be able to view it and share it in various applications.

Some services, like YouTube, allow you to record videos on them. And others, including Apple TV and Disney+, don't allow screenshots or screen recording to protect their movies and TV shows.

If you don’t see a screen recording button in your visionOS control center, you can add it through “Settings” > “Control Center” .
