Telegram now has audio statuses and personalization tools
The messenger has introduced a major update, adding audio statuses, new features for collectible gifts, and an improved design for Android devices. Users also got the opportunity to create stickers directly in the chat.

Messenger Telegram has released a major update that expands the possibilities of profile personalization and interaction with content. Key innovations include audio statuses, an updated design for Android, and new features related to collectible gifts and stickers.
Users can now pin audio files from chats directly to their profile. The selected track is displayed under the photo, and when adding several tracks, a playlist is formed. To do this, simply click "Add to profile" in the media player or select the desired option via the "Save to..." menu.
Android device owners have received an updated profile design with improved scrolling animations, which were previously only available to iOS users. It is also possible to choose which tab will open first in the profile: stories, gifts or other sections. This is configured by long pressing on the tab and selecting the option "Make primary".
The functionality of collectible gifts has also been updated. Owners of exclusive items such as Plush Pepe or Heart Locket can now activate unique dynamic wallpapers in private chats. In addition, it became possible to send "stars" to pay for upgrading gifts from friends, and statistics with the approximate cost of items and information about the entire collection have been added for collectors.
The messenger also now has a mini-app called @Stickers, which allows you to create your own stickers and emoji, manage sets, and track their usage statistics.
