Scientists have identified five signs of high intelligence

Scientists from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and psychologists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA conducted a study looking for signs of high intelligence. It turns out that smart people can behave somewhat unusually.
The first sign that may indicate high intelligence was a mess on the desktop. Researchers have found that clutter and multiple objects in the workplace promote clarity of thinking and can encourage creative decision-making.
The second sign is wit and the ability to “troll” others. Scientists from MIT noted that people who have a sharp sense of humor and joke with their colleagues tend to have a wide vocabulary and quick reactions, which may indicate their high intelligence.
The third sign is related to sleep patterns. Studies have shown that night owls—people who prefer to stay up late—have higher levels of intelligence and reaction speed compared to early risers.
The fourth sign is anxiety. Scientists from Lakehead University claim that excessive reflection and anxiety may indicate a high level of intelligence.
The fifth sign is related to modesty. The Dunning-Kruger effect shows that smart people often underestimate their intelligence, while less intelligent people tend to overestimate their knowledge.
But that's not all. In addition to these traits, scientists say that smart people often have a good sense of humor, which may be a result of their extensive knowledge.
