Google is introducing a new tool, Workspace Studio, designed to quickly create AI agents without coding. This solution works as an add-on to the Google Workspace ecosystem and allows you to develop, manage, and share agents that work across services such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat, Slides, and Meet.

Possible use cases include creating an agent to automatically sort work emails, an agent to generate monthly reports and presentations based on data from spreadsheets, or an agent that analyzes meeting recordings in Meet, compiles summaries, and sets tasks based on the discussion's results.

According to the company, over 20 million tasks were completed through the platform during the 30-day alpha test, ranging from simple reminders to complex processes such as legal analysis or handling customer inquiries.

The tool is currently only available to Google Workspace enterprise customers, but is planned to be rolled out to all users in January.
