The premium ASUS ROG Matrix RTX 5090 graphics card will be released in November for €4,099

The ASUS ROG Matrix Platinum RTX 5090 graphics card will be available later than scheduled, on November 27, 2025. It will retail for €4,099, nearly double the price of the RTX 5090 Founders Edition, which is priced at €2,099. This card is being created as an exclusive anniversary edition to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the ROG brand and will be released in a limited run of just 1,000 units worldwide.

The card is built on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and equipped with 32 GB of GDDR7 memory. It occupies four slots in the case and is aimed primarily at collectors, enthusiasts, and reviewers, rather than the mainstream market. Its key feature is its dual power supply: a standard 12V-2x6 connector delivers up to 600 W, and when used with a Blackwell-compatible motherboard, a hidden slot can deliver up to 800 W. This unlocks approximately 10% additional performance headroom for extreme overclocking.

The cooling system includes four fans, a copper vapor chamber, liquid metal on-chip, a massive heatsink, and additional copper elements on the PCB. The manufacturer also added specialized features for enthusiasts, such as Memory Defroster for extreme cooling conditions and Power Detector+ for monitoring power supply instability.
